MariClare Osborn

MariClare Osborn is the Director of HR for MTI with 9 years’ experience in Human Resources and an additional 9 years’ experience in traditional and non-traditional education. With a strong background in organizational change management, training and development initiatives, as well as cultural growth and enhancement, MariClare is always on the lookout for bright and innovative people to join the MTI team. MariClare earned her BA degree in Biology and Philosophy from Lake Forest College and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
